General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Alexander Glodek (sole proprietor) under the email address blackwrldfashion@gmail.com.

2. Contracting parties
The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices quoted do not include statutory VAT in accordance with the small business regulation (§19 UStG).
The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • EPS

5. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and amount to:

  • Germany: € 4.50
  • Austria: € 6.50
  • Switzerland: € 8.00
  • Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary : €7.45

Note regarding import duties and customs:
Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import taxes. These are levied by the authorities of the recipient country and are to be borne by the buyer.

The delivery time is:

  • Within the DACH and EU area: 3-5 working days.
  • International deliveries: 5-7 working days, depending on customs processing time.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Alexander Glodek until full payment is received.

7. Warranty and Liability
Alexander Glodek offers no special warranty on the products sold.
Any liability for damages resulting from the use of the offered products is excluded.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Germany.

9. Free gifts
For orders with a merchandise value of €120 or more, the customer receives a free gift.
The free gift is contingent upon reaching the minimum order value.

If the customer returns part of the order and the final value of the goods after the return falls below €120 , the free gift must also be returned.

If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the regular value of the free gift from the refund amount or to invoice the customer subsequently.
